Mostee products are printed especially for each order. Your estimated delivery date and available delivery services are shown at checkout before you pay. The estimate includes production and transit time.
Order processing
After payment is accepted, your order is sent for production. We will email you when it has been dispatched. During busy periods, production or carrier delays can occur; we will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Delivery charges and timing
Delivery charges depend on the destination, product, quantity and service selected. The full charge and delivery estimate are displayed at checkout. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days after the contract is formed.
Tracking and split shipments
Where tracking is available, we will include a tracking link in your dispatch email. Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in more than one parcel. You will not be charged extra solely because we split a shipment.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees. Where these are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for them.
Wrong address, delay or missing parcel
Check your delivery address carefully before paying. Contact us as soon as possible if it is wrong; we cannot guarantee a change once production or dispatch has begun. If an order is late or appears lost, email [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
