We want you to be confident ordering from Mostee. This policy explains change-of-mind cancellations and problems with an order. Nothing in it limits your statutory rights.

Change of mind: non-personalised items

For an online purchase of a non-personalised item, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive it. If one order arrives separately, the period starts after you receive the last item.

Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, return the item within a further 14 days. We will provide return instructions. Do not send a return to the address printed on the parcel without contacting us first.

You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. You may examine and try on an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund to reflect handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

We will refund the item price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered. We will refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item, or evidence that you sent it, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Personalised or custom-made items

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as an item printed with text or artwork supplied uniquely by you. A standard Mostee design printed after ordering is not automatically treated as personalised solely because it is made to order.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

Contact [email protected] promptly with your order number and a description. Photographs may help us resolve the issue quickly but do not remove your legal rights. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer the remedy required by law and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.
