Mostee is the operator of mostee.com. For contact details, please use our Contact page.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, telephone number, account and order details, product choices, customisation content, communications, refund and support information, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers, consent choices and site-usage information. Payment providers process full card or wallet credentials; Mostee generally receives confirmation, transaction identifiers and limited payment details rather than full card numbers.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To take payment, fulfil and deliver orders, provide accounts and handle returns: performance of our contract.
- To keep tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and consumer-law records: compliance with legal obligations.
- To secure, troubleshoot and improve the store and prevent abuse: our legitimate interests in operating a safe and effective business.
- To send optional marketing or use non-essential cookies: your consent where required.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims: legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
If you do not provide information required for an order, we may be unable to accept, fulfil or deliver it.
Who receives personal data
We share only what is necessary with our website host and WooCommerce, Printful and other production or delivery partners, payment providers selected at checkout, tax and accounting providers, email and support providers, analytics providers where you consent, security providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers or fulfilment locations may be outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on an adequacy regulation or safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses. Contact us for more information.
Retention
We normally retain UK order, payment and tax records for six years after the relevant financial year or transaction. We retain account, support, dispute and cookie data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, claims and proportionate backup cycles.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, receive portable data and object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Please use our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity.
You have the right to object at any time to direct marketing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests; we will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the data for legal claims.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
Cookies and changes
See our Cookie Policy and use Manage Cookie Preferences in the footer to change non-essential choices. We may update this notice as our services, providers or legal obligations change.
