Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms apply to consumer purchases from mostee.com. For contact details, please use our Contact page.
1. Products
We sell apparel and related products, many printed to order. Images are illustrative, screens can display colours differently, and production can result in minor non-material variation. Size information forms part of the product description.
2. Ordering and contract formation
You must provide complete and accurate order, billing and delivery information. A checkout acknowledgement confirms receipt; a binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting the order. We may reject or cancel before acceptance if payment is not authorised, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error, or supplied customisation appears unlawful or infringes third-party rights. Payments taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Available payment methods are processed by the relevant provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method.
4. Customisation and intellectual property
If you supply text, images or other content, you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for us and our fulfilment providers to reproduce it for your order and that it is lawful. You retain ownership and grant us a limited licence to review, produce, fulfil and support the order and meet legal obligations. Mostee designs, branding and site content may not be commercially copied without permission except where law permits.
5. Production and delivery
Products may be made and dispatched by a fulfilment partner. Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Unless a different date is agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days after the contract is formed. Risk passes when the goods come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify.
6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to cancel a distance purchase, followed by 14 days to return it. This change-of-mind right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, but does apply to non-personalised goods unless another statutory exception applies. Rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected.
7. Responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
8. Accounts, privacy and cookies
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Our Privacy Notice explains personal-data use; our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
9. Complaints
Please use our Contact page with your order number and a clear description. We will work to resolve the complaint within a reasonable time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
