How the process works
- Send us your idea, artwork and order details.
- We confirm availability, price and a delivery estimate.
- We send a digital proof for your approval.
- Production starts only after you approve the proof.
What to include in your request
- Your name and email address.
- The product style, preferred colour, quantity and size breakdown.
- Your text, names, numbers or other personalisation.
- Artwork in PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF format, if applicable.
- Your needed-by date and delivery postcode.
- Confirmation that you have the rights to use supplied artwork.
Before production
We will confirm the available product, quote and estimated delivery before anything is produced. Personalised orders are not released to production before the proof is approved.
